leadership-duo at defortec: Angelo Schulz is a new member of the management

Since May 2024, defortec has a second Managing Director! Angelo Schulz has been with the company for three years and has made a name for himself as a project manager in the fields of capital goods, such as machinery, semiconductors and the pharmaceutical industry. Previously, he was responsible for design strategies and the development of three brands in a mechanical engineering company inhouse.

“Angelo thinks and works in a highly innovative way. He combines technical knowledge for product development, market development and customer orientation. A stroke of luck for our company!” says Stefan Grobe, founder, owner and also a member of the defortec management board. The two form a dual leadership team and will steer the internationally working design office into the future.
“I am very much looking forward to the new challenge of further developing industrial design and product development, especially with a focus on the capital goods sector. Close to current market developments, more efficient cost structures and sustainability issues,” comments the new man at the helm.

For both of them, the capital goods sector is the innovation engine of the economy. defortec GmbH advises on design and market strategies and creates technologically sophisticated products and interfaces. “Together with our customers, we develop the products of the future. This requires designers with the courage to have a vision,” is how both describe the spirit that unites them.
