Increased efficiency

DÜRR RoDip® is an automated conveyor system for the transport and rotation of car bodies in pre-treatment and cathodic dip painting. The system enables individual adaptation of the conveyor parameters to different body types. The rotation of the car bodies makes it possible to dispense with inlet and outlet slopes in the dipping container, which leads to a significant saving in space. Due to smaller container and paint volumes, RoDip® consumes less energy, water and chemicals than other technical solutions making it a unique system in its sector.

Design supports functionality

The RoDip® carrier is the innovative electric driving unit of the RoDip® system. Its lightweight shell protects technology and humans around it and allows a visual check of the internal mechanical components through transparent areas. Due to the symmetry of the design, right and left systems can be operated with the same carrier. Integrated light signals provide information about the current process step.
