Design study of a handheld PC for the VW Phaeton customer consultant in „Die Gläserne Manufaktur“ in Dresden.

Development of a first-class handheld case with the combination of materials like leather and aluminum. A standard handheld design was adapted for the exclusive and well-shaped world of the VW Phaeton by transfering materials from the classic automotive design to a handy electronic tool.

This intelligent system from the field of consumer goods design offers the sales consultant the opportunity to call up the production status at any time during intensive customer care and to visually offer the customer any possible changes in perfection and possibly initiate them directly.
