The GLB 4000 asphalt mixing plant from NFLG is characterized by an innovative industrial design that harmoniously combines functionality and aesthetics. The striking plant tower is given an architectural appearance by the targeted partial cladding on the staircases and levels, which not only characterizes the external appearance, but also significantly improves the ergonomics and the feeling of safety for the operating personnel.

This sophisticated design concept was consistently applied to all components of the system in order to create a coherent overall effect and a uniform brand image. The first presentation of the GLB 4000 together with the RLB 2000 recycling unit at Bauma 2014 in China underlined the innovative power of the mechanical engineering design. During the on-site implementation, defortec worked closely with the Chinese agency DET to ensure a smooth realization.
