Professional trade show models for plant engineering

This scale model was produced by defortec to give a realistic impression of the Dieffenbacher knife ring flaker at trade fairs, exhibitions or for internal presentations. As a trade fair model, it represents the functionality and technical complexity of the MRZ in the highest level of detail. Particular attention was paid to the accurate design of the presentation model and the functional implementation of a rotating knife ring with counterpart in the door.

The design of the measuring ring cutter was developed at defortec with the corporate product design for the Dieffenbacher company and won an award. A complex scale model was produced to demonstrate the new product at trade fairs and events.

The MZE impresses with its strong, individual and expressive design language, which further develops Dieffenbacher's corporate design. Mechanical engineering design systems of this type are used for machining wood and recyclable wood waste and other recycled material. The material produced in this way is the core product in the chipboard production process chain.

This model has been realized at the highest level visually, functionally and in terms of stability in order to provide viewers with a particularly detailed image of the real product.

The model has a functional door that can be opened. This allows a direct view into the interior, where the rotating knife ring is located, among other things, to make the process easier to understand. Thanks to an electric drive, the knife ring and its counterpart can be moved slowly - a fascinating element that brings the functioning of the original product to life and makes it easy to understand. In addition, the interior is illuminated to highlight the knife ring and draw the viewer's attention.
